Liberal Attack on Guns and Suicide - No Shame, No Compassion

The Liberal Left would have you believe guns are the reason (not the tool) 20,000 + people commit suicide every year. But, did you know more than 42,000 people commit suicide every year?

Depression is a black hole many fall into.  How does it help to say half of those 42,000 are due to guns, but the other half is due to mental illness? Shining a light only on those who choose a gun over a rope or drugs, doesn't help those who are in pain and suffering greatly, it only helps to build anger, frustration and fear to help an agenda of gun control and confiscation.

Did you know 500,000 people self harm every year? And these are just the ones reported by Hospitals and doctors. For every suicide (by any means) 12 depressed and lost people self-harm. Why isn't the Liberal Left crying for them? Why only those who use the gun as the tool to end their suffering? Wouldn't a mental health plan focused not only on suicide, but on those who self-harm, help to prevent suicide from happening in the first place?

True compassion is needed to help those who suffer the blackness of depression, not an insidious hidden agenda that takes advantage of the good hearts of the American people to further a plan to chip away at liberties, control people and expand big government.
